Operating Layer

Most of my output runs through prompt-led workflows. Days collapse into hours, repeatedly.

SOWs, RFP responses, battlecards, comparison decks, architecture diagrams — produced through structured AI workflows. Granola captures meetings, Superhuman compresses inbox time, Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini handle synthesis. On infrastructure: a personal OpenClaw agent on a DigitalOcean droplet, integrated with WhatsApp + Telegram.

2020 — Open API
Marketplace integrations.
Worked on connecting Fynd Commerce with major Indian marketplaces and third-party platforms — extending the integration capability into something reusable across enterprise deals.
2022 — Global Team
First pre-sales & delivery hire.
First pre-sales and delivery person on Fynd's international team. Helped scale the unit from its first deals into something operating across multiple geographies.
2024 → Now
International pre-sales — built from zero.
Stood up the international pre-sales function. Qualification framework, response process, SOW templates, battlecards, partner accountability layer. All geographies outside India.
